Returns, Refunds & EU Withdrawal Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Digital products, including PDF downloads, once access or download has been provided.

  • Opened software, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, vinyl records, or video games unless defective.

  • Items returned in a condition different from how they were received, unless caused by shipping damage or our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thesubcon3@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, store credit may be issued upon approval of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error on our part.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send confirmation that it has been received.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products after download or access has begun.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.

  • Sealed media products that have been opened after delivery, where applicable under local law.

Refunds approved under EU withdrawal rights will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
